Politique d'expédition

We do our best to provide accurate shipping information and get your orders to you quickly.

Time

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Time:

Shipping usually takes 4-12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). In some instances, there may be delays causing longer shipping times than stated. You will be given a tracking number for your order.

Cost

Our shipping is free unless otherwise noted. If, for any reason, you will need to be charged an unforeseen shipping charge due to your location and/or product(s) being shipped, you will be notified before your order is shipped. You can proceed with the order or cancel it and receive a refund.

Import Duties:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are normally covered by Lunacy Deals & Designs, however, if for any reason you will be charged these costs, we will try to notify you before your order ships.

Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Contact Lunacy Deals & Designs if you do not receive a tracking number and would like one.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, contact lisa@lunacydeals.shop with your name and order number.

Returns

You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return if you have the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase, and the item is in the same condition that you received it--unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Email lisa@lunacydeals.shop to request a return. If approved, a shipping label and instructions on how and where to mail your package will be emailed to you. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and if it's good to go, we will issue you a refund right away, which you will receive as soon as the bank/payment method processes it.

If your order is defective, or damaged, or you received the wrong item contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these situations on a case-by-case basis and do our best to work towards a fair, honest, and satisfactory solution.

*Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
