Lunacy Deals & Designs has a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging if applicable. 
  • You’ll need to email a copy of your invoice or email confirmation with the order number.
  • Email a photo of the item's condition and reason for requesting a return.

Refund Request & Shipping

  1. Before shipping back an item, you must request a return using the outline above.
  2. If your return is authorized, you will receive a link to a form that you will need to fill out.
  3. You will be advised on how and where to send the item, which usually is back to our manufacturer.
  4. You will be notified once your item is received and inspected.
  5. If it corresponds with the information you provided with your request, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Items shipped to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was received and approved, contact lisa@lunacydeals.shop. (Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.)

Exchange

To exchange an item, you must return the item you have, receive your refund, and then place a separate purchase for the new item.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items CAN NOT be returned, such as:

  • undergarments & swimsuits
  • custom products (special orders/personalized items)
  • gift cards
  • Items that are used, missing tags, damaged by the customer, or have damaged packaging.
  • Items returned without being authorized first
  • Shipped items with ordering discrepancies

Refer to the size charts before ordering. Size issues will only be accepted if the product's physical size greatly differs from the sizing chart.

If shipping or product information is filled out incorrectly and you are unable to edit your order, contact us immediately! Shipped items with incorrect information will not warrant a refund.

Damages & Product Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your order is defective or damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact Lunacy Deals & Designs immediately with your invoice or email confirmation with the order number and a photo of the item’s condition, and explain your concerns. These disputes are addressed on a case-by-case basis with a genuine goal and intent of achieving a fair, honest, and satisfactory solution.
