Lunacy Deals & Designs: Shipping Policy

We do our best to provide accurate shipping information and get your orders to you quickly.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Shipping usually takes 7 - 12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). In some instances, there may be delays causing longer shipping times than stated. You will be given a tracking number for your order.

We do our best to provide accurate shipping information and get your orders to you in a fair and timely manner.

Shipping Costs

Our shipping is free unless otherwise noted. If, for any reason, you will need to be charged an unforeseen shipping charge due to your location and/or product(s) being shipped (this excludes import duties and taxes, including VAT), you will be notified and given an estimate before your order is shipped. You can proceed with the order or cancel it and receive a full refund.

Import Duties

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lunacy Deals & Designs is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Checking Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email,  contact us immediately with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you have the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase, and the item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved we will issue a refund and send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to mail your package.

If your order is defective, or damaged, or you received the wrong item contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to work towards a fair and satisfactory solution.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
